Homemade Vegan Mango Ice-cream!
材料 :
芒果肉数粒
甜煉奶半罐(200g)
罐頭椰漿半罐(200g)
香草精 1小匙
Ingredients:
Mango flesh
Half a can of sweet condensed milk (200g)
Half a can of canned coconut milk (200g)
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
1、將椰漿倒入容器內加入煉奶和芒果肉、再用搅拌机搅拌均匀。
2、將搅拌好的材料倒入盒子再放入冰箱冷藏2小时、再取出搅拌一次後再继续冷藏。
3、冷藏了4小時就可以吃了。请享用!
Practice:
1. Pour all the ingredients into the mixer and blend until smoothie.
2, Put the smoothie into the a container and then placed in the freezer for 2 hours, after that take out from refrigerator and stirring once, then continue to keep into the freezer.
3, Keep in freezer for 4 hours and it's ready to serve. Enjoy!
