 Butterfly pea is called sangu pushpam in Tamil and the tea made with it not only looks beautiful (it has got a vivid blue color) but it is full of antioxidants. Though you can make the tea with fresh flowers each time, I would suggest drying the flowers during sunny day so you can make antioxidant tea all year around. To dry, collect the flowers and spread it on a plate, cover with a thin mesh and sun dry till crisp and store.

Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Recipe | Clitoria Ternatea Tea | 蓝花茶

Ingredients:
Water 1 cup
Blue Butterfly Pea Flower 5 pcs
Lemon juice few drops
Honey to taste

Method:
1. Collect fresh flowers, wash and spread them on a plate and sun dry till crisp covered with a net.
2. To make the tea, boil water and pour the boiling water over the dried flowers, steep till the color of the water changes to blue color.
3. Strain and add honey to taste.
4. Your beautiful blue tea is ready, pour into a serving glass.
5. Now for the magic part, add few drops of lemon and see the color change to beautiful purplish pink. If you add more of the juice it will turn fully pink.

NOTES:
  • You can use either the fresh or dried flowers.

纯素芒果冰淇淋 Vegan Mango Ice-cream

自制纯素芒果冰淇淋!
Homemade Vegan Mango Ice-cream!

材料 :

芒果肉数粒
甜煉奶半罐(200g)
罐頭椰漿半罐(200g) 
香草精 1小匙

Ingredients:

Mango flesh
Half a can of sweet condensed milk (200g)
Half a can of canned coconut milk (200g)
Vanilla extract 1 tsp

做法 :
1、將椰漿倒入容器內加入煉奶和芒果肉、再用搅拌机搅拌均匀。
2、將搅拌好的材料倒入盒子再放入冰箱冷藏2小时、再取出搅拌一次後再继续冷藏。
3、冷藏了4小時就可以吃了。请享用!

Practice:
1. Pour all the ingredients into the mixer and blend until smoothie.
2, Put the smoothie into the a container and then placed in the freezer for 2 hours, after that take out from  refrigerator and stirring once, then continue to keep into the freezer.
3, Keep in freezer for 4 hours and it's ready to serve. Enjoy!
